Ethan assists with a broad range of intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on U.S. and Canadian patent and trademark prosecution. He completed his Juris Doctor in 2026 at Queen’s University, where he served as a caseworker at the Queen’s Legal Aid Clinic and volunteered as an academic mentor to first-year law students.

Before attending law school, Ethan studied Biomedical Engineering at the University of Waterloo, developing specialized knowledge in medical devices and image processing. His prior experience in civil litigation and criminal defence helps him bring a practical, strategic perspective to complex intellectual property matters.
