Articling Student
Greg is an articling student at the Firm, returning after summering with the Firm in 2024. He supports a wide range of intellectual property matters, with a particular emphasis on patent and trademark prosecution in both the U.S. and Canada. Greg completed his Juris Doctor in 2025 at Osgoode Hall Law School, where he was awarded the John McCamus Prize in Contracts and the Gowling WLG Best Blog in IP Law and Technology Prize. He also competed in the 2024 USPTO National Patent Application Drafting Competition and completed a semester-long placement at a start-up incubator focused on tech ventures.
Prior to law, Greg received his Ph.D. in Medical Biophysics with a specialization in MSK Health Research from Western University, where he was affiliated with Robarts Research Institute and the Bone and Joint Institute. Greg’s research interests were in developing quantitative MRI techniques for monitoring 3D-printed porous implants as part of a novel treatment for infected joint replacements. His work is published in Magnetic Resonance in Medicine and NMR in Biomedicine.
