Her practice focuses on the electrical and computer-related arts, with particular experience in the fields of fintech, wireless communication technologies, artificial intelligence, and computer-based measurement and automation. She has considerable experience working with foreign associates to obtain patent protection in foreign jurisdictions.
A native Canadian, Stephanie has lived in the United States and had practiced as a technical consultant for a prominent U.S. intellectual property firm prior to working with Rowand LLP. Before beginning her career in patent law, Stephanie worked as an electrical engineer with IBM Canada, ATI Technologies (now AMD Canada) and Nortel Networks.
